Rules + Information – Please Read!
Tables other than the guest tables:
- For any event, we include 2-3 entrance tables and/or 2 tables for sweets, 1 for the DJ. If you need more, it would be $10 per table, which includes the linens.
Set-up and Clean up:
- If we do not have an event the day before, you are able to come in during normal business hours, no later than 5pm. If you want to stay later, it will be an additional $95 per hour.
- The day of, you are given 2 hours before the event starts for any set-up.
- You are also given one hour after the event is over to clean-up any garbage or decorations. Please ask your vendors like photographers, Dj’s, Band’s, that they have only one hour after the event is over to pick-up. If they know they typically need 2 hours, they will have to start packing up early so they are out by the specified time.
- You are responsible for any decorations/sweets that you want to bring in. Our staff is responsible for what we include in our packages. If you want to bring outside sweets, you are responsible to set them up, refill, and break them down.
Ceremonies:
- If you would like to have the ceremony in-house, in the same room as reception with the chairs in rows, it will be $350 extra.
- If you want an extra room for the ceremony, it will be $700.
- If you want a ceremony in the same room with no rows, it will be no charge.
- The ceremony will be counted in the 6 hours of the hall.
- If you want extra hours besides the 6 hours we give, it will be $250 more per hour. All events end at 12am, no later.
Food information and regulations:
- With any package that you get, whether it is a buffet, plated meal, family-style meal, etc., you have 1 hour and 30 minutes to distribute the food.
- 1.1.Buffet is up 1 hour and 30 minutes maximum, after it gets taken down, food cannot be reheated or taken home for health department regulations. For this reason, please make sure you have an accurate final guest count.
- 1.2.Plated meals and family-style meals, you also get 1 hour and 30 minutes for the food to be distributed. After that, cooks start to pack and clean up. No food can be distributed after the fact. Plated meals are available to take home, please notify us if you would like the food packed up before the 1 hour and 30 minute mark.
- 1.3.Regarding Saturday night events, if you seem to not have the minimum of 150 people, if you at least spend $6,500 on your bill, you are free from paying for 150 people.
