Our Legacy
Built on a simple promise.
Maravela’s opened on Washington Street in Ingleside in 1982 with one mission: to provide exceptional service and create memorable events that stand the test of time — at a price that made sense for a working community.
From our early days to now, that commitment has never wavered. With each event, we capture the essence of your vision, transforming our venue into a setting that reflects your personal style.
How We Work
No two events are ever the same.
Understanding that, we plan and run each event around your family, your budget, and your guest list — accommodating everything from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations of up to 400 guests.
Three private rooms under one roof, each with its own bar and its own dance floor. Every event runs on its own clock, in its own room, served from the same kitchen. Bilingual coordinators in English and Spanish, ninety-minute service window for any meal format, every event wraps by midnight.

At the heart of every celebration is great food. Maravela’s is proud to offer a diverse menu of culinary delights — Chef Adolfo and our cooks use fresh ingredients to prepare everything from traditional favorites to international cuisine.
Whether you’re hosting a wedding, corporate event, or family gathering, our kitchen makes everything from scratch, in-house — never outsourced. The only food we don’t make is the cake or sweets station, when clients choose to bring those in.

Venue, food, bar, staff, linens, china, setup, and breakdown — all included. No hall rental fee when minimums are met.
