These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at www.maravelas.com (the “Site”), operated by Maravela’s Banquets & Catering (“Maravela’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at 4 Washington Street, Ingleside, IL 60041. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes — to share information about our hall, menus, and services, and to make it easy to contact us about an event. You agree to use it lawfully and in good faith, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at volume, or misuse any feature.
No bookings finalized online
No reservation, booking, or contract is formed through this website. Tour requests, contact-form submissions, and emailed inquiries are the first step in a conversation. A booking with Maravela’s is only confirmed when a signed event contract and required deposit are in place. Pricing, packages, dates, and menu items shown on the Site are subject to change and confirmation in writing.
Photography on the Site
Photographs of our hall, food, and team are © Maravela’s Banquets & Catering unless otherwise noted. Photographs of guests, couples, and families are used with their permission. If a guest photograph is published on this Site and you would like it removed, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page and we will honor the request.
Trademarks
“Maravela’s,” the Maravela’s wordmark, and the slogan “Maravelous since 1982” are trademarks of Maravela’s Banquets & Catering. All third-party logos, trademarks, and brand names referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
Linked sites
The Site may link to third-party websites — for example, our Facebook and Instagram pages, or a vendor’s site. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Following any external link is at your own risk.

The terms of an event are governed entirely by the signed event contract, which controls in any conflict with information on the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Lake County, Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
